Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Custom or special-order items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at allamericanrags.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at allamericanrags.usa@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
